You do not need a GP's referral to visit us. It is always necessary to make an appointment by phone.
New patients can appointments by phone only on working Mondays 2 to 4 p.m. and working Thursdays 2 to 5 p.m.

Do not overlook:

  • Telephone consultations are available every working day between 9am and 12pm.
  • Telephone medication appointments between 9am and 12pm on weekdays, you must know the name and weight of the medication
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment at the agreed time, please call us on 491 481 176
  • Please bring a list of all medications you are currently taking in order to properly address your concerns.
  • Please be sure to strictly adhere to the appointment time on your order card.

By train

The railway station "Chlumec nad Cidlinou" is directly opposite the ambulance, about 80 metres away.

By bus

The bus station is in close proximity to the ambulance, about 50 meters. 

by car

Our patients can park in the parking lot adjacent to the bus station, in close proximity to the ambulance.
